Training internal teams on Heuristic Evaluations

In my role of building a design practice, I train internal non-design team members across the organization on design basics. This is a “lunch and learn” one hour video I created content to teach the basics of heuristic evaluations. In it I walk through the Neilson Norman 10 Heuristics and have the participants conduct their own heuristic evaluation with an extremely poorly design webpage that I created that falters on all 10 heuristics.
